Dr. Alex Vidan

Dr. Alex Vidan was introduced to chiropractic by a friend after a sports injury while in college.

At the time, he suffered from regular and painful headaches. Dr. Vidan had such amazing results through chiropractic care that he decided to pursue chiropractic as his profession. He received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree in 2004 from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology (the study of human movement) from Louisiana State University, and a Human Biology degree from Logan.

Dr. Vidan’s passion is to encourage natural methods of achieving and maintaining overall health and wellness to his patients. He loves caring for Athletes. Dr. Vidan was a team physician for the St. Louis Cardinals in 2010 and during their 2011 World Championship season. He has also had the privilege of caring for the St. Louis Ram’s Cheerleaders when they were here. In 2015, Dr. Vidan was chosen by his peers as the first listed doctor in the “Top Chiropractors of St Louis” as featured in St Louis Magazine. Vidan Family Chiropractic voted “Best Chiropractor” by the St. Louis community in the St. Louis Magazine 2020 A-List.

Dr. Amy Grabowski

Dr. Grabowski's journey into chiropractic began at age 15 when she experienced a herniated disc from a lifting injury. After traditional medical treatments and facing potential surgery, successful chiropractic care allowed her to return to soccer and inspired her career choice. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh-Bradford while playing soccer and participating in community service, then earned both her Doctorate of Chiropractic and Master's in Sports Science and Rehabilitation from Logan College of Chiropractic.

After completing her clinical internship at Buffalo Spine and Sport Institute, Dr. Grabowski practiced in Arlington, VA from 2009-2011, where she treated various athletes, including the WUSA Women's Rugby Team. She then moved to St. Louis, working at ProActive Chiropractic for 7 years and with St. Louis FC before joining Vidan Family Chiropractic. Throughout her career, she has maintained involvement in community events and sports medicine.

Dr. Grabowski specializes in treating athletes, pregnant women, and children, focusing on medication-free solutions to health issues. She holds advanced certifications in multiple techniques, including Advanced Activator Protocols, Webster Technique, Graston Technique, and TMJD Technique.

Dr. Sara Vidan

Dr. Sara Vidan, a co-owner of Vidan Family Chiropractic, graduated with honors from Louisiana State University in 2000. Her interest in holistic living led her to pursue chiropractic studies at Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis. During her time at Logan, she served as Educational Coordinator and participated in a joint internship with Barnes Jewish Hospital, focusing on pregnancy-related musculoskeletal conditions. Her academic excellence and leadership earned her multiple honors, including Logan's Distinguished Service Award and the Biofreeze Scholarship.

Upon graduating Cum Laude in 2004, Dr. Sara and her husband Dr. Alex Vidan made history by becoming the first pair to jointly receive Logan College's prestigious Award of Excellence for their outstanding contributions to fellow students. Though not currently accepting new patients, Dr. Sara Vidan has established herself as a prominent wellness educator, delivering lectures to diverse audiences including Fortune 500 companies, healthcare professionals, and educational institutions.
