Our doctor will discuss any pain or symptoms you're having — how long you've been dealing with it, what has helped or what has not helped, and your medical history. The call will take up to 15 minutes.
The doctor will talk about how our office can help, or if they think you should try a different course of treatment.
At the end of the call, you will have the opportunity to schedule an in-office exam if you wish to establish care as a new patient.

Meet Our Chiropractors

DR. ALEX VIDAN

Dr. Alex Vidan was introduced to chiropractic by a friend after a sports injury while in college. At the time, he suffered from regular and painful headaches. He had such amazing results through chiropractic care that Dr. Vidan decided to pursue chiropractic as his profession. He received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree in 2004 from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Vidan uses his degree in Kinesiology (the study of human movement) background from Louisiana State University, and his Human Biology degree from Logan to encourage natural methods of achieving and maintaining overall health and wellness to his patients. These degrees are also very helpful when caring for athletes. Dr. Vidan was a team physician for the St. Louis Cardinals in 2010 and during their 2011 World Championship season.

DR. AMY GRABOWSKI

rom 2009-2011, Dr. Grabowski practiced in Arlington, VA at NOVA Pain and Rehab. While at NOVA Pain and Rehab, Dr. Grabowski worked with an extensive array of athletes at different levels in their career, most notably the WUSA Women’s Rugby Team, as well as the general public. While in the Washington D.C. area, Dr. Grabowski was also able to give back to the community by volunteering at local events such as the Marine Corps Marathon and Relay for Life. In 2011, Dr. Grabowski moved to the St. Louis area where she worked for ProActive Chiropractic in Arnold, MO for 7 years prior to joining Vidan Family Chiropractic. Additionally, she worked with St. Louis FC during this tenure in Arnold. Dr. Grabowski is enthusiastic about applying chiropractic to help patients feel their best, perform their best, and live their best lives. She is passionate about helping athletes, pregnant women, and kids of all ages. Dr. Grabowski lives in Fenton, MO with her husband, Sam, and their two sons, Patrick and Declan. The family enjoys being outdoors together, playing or watching sports, and visiting Disney World.

DR. SARA VIDAN

Although she is not currently taking new patients, Dr. Sara Vidan is a proud co-owner of Vidan Family Chiropractic. She graduated from Louisiana State University with honors in 2000. While at LSU, Dr. Sara developed a passion for holistic living and decided to pursue a career in the chiropractic profession in her hometown of St. Louis at Logan College of Chiropractic. While attending Logan, Dr. Sara served as the Educational Coordinator for her class for all 10 trimesters, served as the Clinician's Assistant at one of Logan's five outpatients clinics, and earned a joint internship with Logan College and Barnes Jewish Hospital where she aided in the treatment and research of pregnancy-related musculoskeletal conditions in the OB/GYN department. Dr. Sara's service to her profession earned her Logan's Distinguished Service Award, and she was chosen by her peers to receive the Biofreeze Scholarship for 'the highest record of achievement in academics and leadership.' Upon graduation from Logan Chiropractic College, Drs. Alex and Sara Vidan were given one of the highest achievable honors presented by Logan College, the Award of Excellence.
